From Peggy's Kitchen
Hot Fudge Sauce

2 cubes of butter melted in pan
add 5 T. cocoa powder, mix well
add 3 C. sugar, mix well
add 1 can of evaporated milk
mix well, heat to boiling,
cook for about 10 minutes,
add 1 t. vanilla, stir.

Serve hot over ice cream.
Store left overs in the fridge.
